 CAPA auditions checklist

Please note: You will need to have all documents and photo, videos and payment all organised before you can complete the application form.

You will need to sign in with a Google account, either your own or your child's to access the form and also to upload your files.

• Register your interest
• Read CAPA Audition information, CAPA subjects criteria and requirements.
• organise accompaniment or backing track 
• Create your Audition video and Profile video/ Visual Arts Portfolio, if applicable

You will need to upload the following to the online Audition Application form:

•  Video/Visual Arts portfolio presentation as per guidelines.
• Photo (head and shoulders)
• last 2 reports
• latest NAPLAN results (middle two pages only). Please supply a Year 3 Naplan if your child did not sit the Year 5 NAPLAN. 
• Tutor /Teacher reference if applicable
• Drama students: download and choose a suggested monologue from the links below. You can also source your own monologue to perform for your audition. 

• Organise accompaniment or backing track 
• Pay the audition application fee. If applying for more than one CAPA area, an audition fee is payable for each application. Fees are paid online (see separate instruction sheet) Please note down your receipt number as you will need to supply this in the CAPA Audition Application form.

For CAPA auditions, please select the 'Other' option in Payment Options and in the description, please put CAPA audition - then the CAPA area. 

•  Please check that your email address is current and correct as all communication will be via email.
