General Enquiries

Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 2:45pm during school term.

If you ever have a general enquiry about the school or have any questions regarding events happening within the school you can call the front office between 8:00am - 2:45pm on 9630 4116 or 9630 3793 or email us at  northmead-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au

Absences or Attendance

Please contact Student Services if you need to inform us of your child’s attendance or have any questions about attendance concerns. You can reach them by calling the school and selecting ‘3’ or emailing them at  studentservicesnhs1@gmail.com

Contacting Staff

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your child's learning in class, or if you would like to schedule a call with one of their teachers, please email the school. In your email, kindly include the following information:

• Your child's name and class
• The teacher you wish to speak with
• Your question or any relevant details to help direct your email
• Your best contact details

Your email will be forwarded to the appropriate teacher, who will then reach out to you.

Principal / Deputy Questions

If you wish to contact your child's Deputy Principal or Principal, please follow the same steps outlined for 'teacher questions.' For time-sensitive matters, we recommend calling the office. Please note that while we will do our best to assist you promptly, immediate access to the Deputy Principal or Principal may not always be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
